Amy Flynn

Amy Flynn

Amy has been a member of Westminster for 20 years. She and her husband, Pete, live in West Chester and have two children, Wes and Melanie, and a menagerie of pets including a dog, two noisy parakeets, countless chickens, and about a dozen friendly sheep. She has served in music ministry playing cello with the Taizé ensemble, worship band, and chancel choir, as well as in youth ministry teaching Sunday School, VBS, and spending several weekends as youth retreat chaperone. Participating in the Estado 29 mission trip is a family highlight!! Amy teaches cello lessons and plays in several local symphonies and ensembles. She enjoys hiking and camping with her family.

Ann McNally

Ann McNally

Ann has been a member of Westminster since July 2015. She lives in West Chester and has one beautiful granddaughter thanks to her son and daughter-in-law. She is a grateful volunteer at Westminster in a number of roles including Trustee and member of Adult Spiritual Growth. She is a promotional strategist for GLS. Ann also volunteers on Vision Quest – Expand Our Witness, the library and is a member of the women’s Tuesday morning Bible study. She also volunteers with the YWCA of Delaware Finance Committee. Ann is an adjunct professor at St. Joseph’s University’s Haub School of Business. Her favorite hobbies are cooking and entertaining.

Anne Jaques

Anne has been a member of Westminster for 17 years. Anne and her husband, Tim, live in West Chester and have two adult children, Emily and James. Anne has served Westminster on the Outreach Committee as both Co-Chair and Committee member for more than 7 years. Anne is a Managing Director with Deloitte leading a Knowledge Management Team and enjoying the recent opportunity to work from home after many years traveling! Anne enjoys running, spinning (a Peloton devotee!), cycling as well as camping and hiking.

Betsy McFadden

Betsy has been a member of Westminster for four years. She lives in West Goshen and has two adult children and three grandchildren. She leads the new members class, is on the Thrift Shop Committee and joined the Wednesday Morning Bible Study. Betsy retired after 25 years as an administrative assistant with the West Chester Area School District. She volunteers at the Brandywine Auxiliary of Penn Chester County Hospital and enjoys reading, gardening, and taking classes at Immaculata University.

Bill Casswell

Bill Casswell

Bill has been a member of Westminster for 10 years, joining with his late wife, Carolyn, in 2011. He has served on the Adult Spiritual Growth (ASG) committee for several years, is active in the Living Waters for the World (LWW) ministry to Honduras, regularly participates in the Gathering of Men and Men’s Retreats and has facilitated several Lenten Book Studies. He lives in Malvern and is a Senior IT Project Manager at NFI Industries. He enjoys biking, hiking and reading.

Carol has been a member of Westminster since 1985. She was ordained as a Deacon serving for two terms and served as moderator for the one-year term. Carol is active in Bible studies, recently assisted in VBS, and has enjoyed playing in our handbell choir for over 20 years.

Carol has been a member of Westminster for 30 years. She lives in East Goshen and has five children and 17 grandchildren. Carol has been involved in WPW Thursday Circle, Lunch Bunch, the Knitting Group, the Memorial Committee, Monday counting, and Deacons. She started a fellowship group for widowed persons. She is a retired company financial manager. Her interests are cooking, crafts and entertaining family.

Cathryn Schenk

Cathryn has been a member of Westminster for 18 years. She and her husband Eric live in Chadds Ford, and have three children. Cathryn works for the University of Delaware in Development and Alumni Engagement and as an adjunct faculty member in the Lerner School of Business. Cathryn has served as a Sunday School teacher, a VBS volunteer and on the ASG Committee. She is an active volunteer for Safe Harbor and loves gardening, traveling, the arts and rescuing dogs.

Chuck Lambing

Chuck has been a member of Westminster for 10 years and lives in West Chester. He has two sons, Seth and Tyler. Chuck served as a Dea-con at his previous church. Chuck has served Westminster as an usher, and has engaged with Broad Stereet Ministry, Rise Against Hunger, Global 6K for Water, West Chester Food Cupboard and West Chester University’s Resource Center. Chuck is a Senior Manager and Consultant at Capgemini and Management Consulting.

Connie Amend

Connie Amend

‎ Elder, 2023, She/Her

Connie and her husband Bill, have four children and seven grandchildren. They have been members of Westminster since 2015. Connie is a member of the Chancel Choir, the Wednesday evening study group, and leads the Presbyterian Women’s Bible study at Maris Grove. She volunteers with Family Promise and other mission outreach, and supports a medical clinic in Honduras. As a travel agent for 35 years, Connie designed and escorted Christian tours in Europe, Turkey and Israel. She was ordained an Elder at the First Presbyterian Church, and served as Clerk of Session.

Dan Maffei

Dan and his wife, Linda Irwin, live in Kennett Square and have been members of Westminster since 2007. He is the owner of a professional design firm, sits on the Board of Directors of the Association of Professional Landscape Designers and is a former elected councilman for the Borough of Kennett Square. Dan sings regularly with the Chancel Choir and is a former Nominating Committee member.

Diane DeSieno-Lane

Diane has attended Westminster for 21 years and has been a member for 13. Diane serves on the CSG Team and teaches Sunday School. She is a member of the communion committee and the thrift shop board. Diane has served as a Deacon and on the anti-human trafficking advocacy working group. She is the Legislative Liaison to the Chester County Anti-Human Trafficking Coalition. Diane and husband Brian live in West Chester. Diane is an attorney in the Law department of Saint-Gobain in Malvern. She enjoys reading, walking, traveling, attending the theater, and volunteering.

Doug Pitts

Doug Pitts

Doug has been a member of Westminster for 21 years. Doug and his wife Jean are empty nesters and live in Glen Mills having two grown children and a dog who helps keep them very active. Doug is recently retired after 41 years in finance concluding at Wilmington based Enovis Corporation and looks forward to contributing to Westminster as he is best able during his retirement. He enjoys socializing with friends, reading, running/walking, and would like to begin playing golf again.

Ed McFalls

‎ Clerk of Session, He/Him

Ed was born and raised in a Westminster family and has served Westminster in numerous positions—as a youth leader, Chancel Choir president, trustees president, and currently, Clerk of Session. He has also helped with planning and Sunday school. In addition, Ed was co-chair of the committee that facilitated Westminster’s move from West Chester borough to our current location. Ed and his wife Diane live in East Bradford Township and have two sons, Chris and Ben. Ed is a vice president at Woolridge Organization at Hershey’s Mill and enjoys model railroads, tennis, walking, and hiking.

Ellen has been a member of Westminster for four years. She and Brian live in Kennett Square and have four children, Ken, Craig, Cory and Melissa. Ellen retired after 30 years of teaching elementary school, and currently works part-time as an administrative assistant for an interior designer. She has volunteered for Delaware Hospice’s Camp New Hope (a bereavement camp for children), Broad Street Ministry, and Family Promise. Ellen enjoys golf, boot camp classes, watching sports, and traveling with her husband.

Gail Lee

Gail and her husband, Paul, moved from Chester, New Jersey in late 2018, and joined Westminster in 2019. They live in Kennett Square with their cat, Gabby. They have a daughter, son-in-law, and 2 granddaughters in Garnet Valley.

Since joining WPC, Gail has been involved in the college connection program, 6k Walk for Water, Expanding Our Witness, and decorating the church for Christmas. She is currently serving on the Personnel Committee.
Gail is retired from the telecommunications industry, where she served as Global Director of Sales Agent Onboarding. She holds a master’s degree in Project Management from George Washington University.
She enjoys traveling, reading, cooking, water aerobics long walks, and helping those in need through good deeds and donations.

Grace has been a member of Westminster for six years. She and her husband live in West Chester and together have three adult children and six grandchildren. She serves Westminster as a deacon and on the New Members Committee. She enjoys helping out on various outreach ministries. Grace is a retired middle school teacher and enjoys reading, walking, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Greg has been a member of Westminster for 10 years. Greg and his wife, Wynne, live in Downingtown, PA and have three daughters, Megan (23), Alison (20), and Sarah (18). He has served Westminster as a member of the Property Committee and a Trustee. Greg is a Vice President at the construction firm Irwin & Leighton, Inc., and enjoys playing golf and cheering for the Philly sports teams.

Jane has been a member of Westminster for four years. She and her husband Roger live in West Chester and have 3 grown daughters-Lindsay, Natalie, and Courtney. Jane has served Westminster on the Emerging Generations committee and the Library committee. She is a preschool teacher at the First Presbyterian Church Bucket School and volunteers with Meals on Wheels. In her free time, she enjoys reading, cycling, hiking and traveling.

Jane has been a member of Westminster since 1996. She has served on the CSG team since 2001 and been a Sunday school teacher since 1997. She enjoys the Women’s Circle and a weekly Bible study. Jane has served on Session, the APNC search committee, the Nominating committee and currently the Search committee for the Director of Children & Family Ministry. Jane and her husband, Steve, live in West Chester and have two adult sons and a granddaughter. Currently retired, Jane worked as a psychologist and administrator for a nonprofit community mental health agency in Chester County for 34 years.

Janet Colliton

Janet has been a member of Westminster for 20 years. Jan and her daughter, Alisa live in West Chester. She has served as a Sunday school teacher and has participated in programs at Westminster involving estates and the elderly. Janet is an elder law attorney with her practice in West Chester at Colliton Elder Law Assocs., PC. Janet and Alisa have a cat, Frances, and a spoiled miniature Schnauzer, Mario. They love to travel.

Jean Huddell

Jean has been a member of Westminster since 1985 and has sung with the Chancel Choir for many years. She taught Literature and Rhetoric at several local universities and colleges. She volunteers as an English as a Second Language (ESL) teacher. She lives in East Bradford. She has four children, Kate, Stephanie, Dan, and Alex and six grandchildren. She loves reading, cooking, and music.

Jean has been a member of Westminster for 17 years. She and Doug live in Glen Mills and have two adult children, Andrew and Allison. She has served as Co-coordinator for Family Promise since its inception at Westminster 4 years ago. She previously served on the Interiors Committee and participates in the Tuesday Morning Women’s Small Group. She is a former registered nurse who “retired” many years ago to be a stay at home mom. She currently volunteers at Ronald McDonald house, enjoys reading, traveling and spending time outdoors with her family and dogs.
