KidsConnect (K – 5th Grade)
Children begin the morning in the 9:30 am worship service with their families. After the Thought for Children, they will be dismissed with their classes to the Heckert Education Center. All classes will begin with a gathered time downstairs in the large gathering area to watch the Bible story unfold (in true storyteller fashion) and then wonder about the story and what it means for them. Then, they will break into their age-specific classroom time for “Sads & Glads” prayer time and small group response activities. They will explore God’s word using the Celebrate Wonder Curriculum.
On communion Sundays, children will return to the Sanctuary to celebrate communion with their classes and the whole church family. Otherwise, children are dismissed from WeeConnect at 10:40 am from the Chapel.
Please meet your children after class at 10:40am in these classrooms:
K- Grade 1 – Room 102 *Downstairs
Grades 2 & 3 – Room 105 *Downstairs
Grades 4 & 5 – Room 406 *Upstairs
